People with valid concession cards can get up to 10 free rapid antigen tests (RATs) over a 3 month period with a maximum of 5 in a month.
Free tests can be picked up from a participating community pharmacy. To find a participating pharmacy visit the Pharmacy guild of Australia webpage.
To get free RATs, people must hold one of the following cards:
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
- Health Care Card
- Low Income Health Care Card
- Pension Concession Card
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold, White or Orange card
People will need to show their physical card or digital card in the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. Supply is subject to availability.
