The Victorian Department of Health and Human Services has released translated information for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, health professionals and industry relating to COVID-19. Information includes factsheets and promotional materials that can be used around the workplace or at home.

SBS is Australia’s primary multicultural and multilingual broadcaster.
They have committed to informing Australians about the latest COVID-19 updates and developments through the development of their new portal. Access the COVID-19 portal below for news and information about the virus in 63 languages.
Australian Red Cross
The Australian Red Cross is a not-for-profit Australian organisation that prioritises helping and supporting refugees, people seeking asylum, people in immigration detention and other people who are vulnerable as a result of migration.
They have produced fact sheets in simple English on how to protect yourself and help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The Refugee Council of Australia has been heavily advocating for refugees and asylum seekers to be included in the federal response to COVID-19.
People seeking asylum who are living in the community without access to financial support and Medicare are some of those at greatest risk for the COVID-19.

Ethnolink provides culturally appropriate professional translation services by NAATI certified translators.
In light of the COVID-19 crisis, they have collated a range of resources in 58 languages.
The resources available on their page have been published by trusted authorities such as the Department of Health (Australian Government), Department of Home Affairs, and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Ethnolink will also add more languages to their page based on requests.
Harmony Alliance
The Harmony Alliance Migrant and Refugee Women for Change is Australia’s national migrant and refugee women’s coalition. Following the declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic, they have translated the following factsheets provide information on the impact of COVID-19 and pregnancy on women and their babies.
The factsheets have been developed from information provided by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG).
